- Professional and verification information, including barber or shop licensing details submitted for verification.
- Content you provide, including profile images, portfolio media, posts, comments, community discussions, reviews and messages.
- Activity and technical information, including app version, device platform, feature interactions, diagnostic events and reports submitted to CUTR.

- Provide, secure and maintain the CUTR platform.
- Create professional profiles and enable discovery, community, messaging and portfolio features.
- Calculate reputation and ranking signals under CUTR’s published ranking rules.
- Verify professional credentials against applicable public licensing records.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, impersonation and violations of our policies.
- Diagnose problems, improve performance and develop new features.
- Communicate service, safety, verification and account notices.
Public information
Information you place on a public profile, public post, portfolio, review or community discussion may be visible to other users and visitors. Do not publish information you want to keep private. Direct messages are not public, but may be reviewed when reported or when necessary for safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.
How we share information
CUTR does not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with vendors that provide hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, security and support services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the public, or in connection with a business reorganization.
Professional verification
CUTR may compare submitted license information with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation public records. CUTR is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Florida DBPR. Verification does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by a user.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide CUTR, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. You can initiate account deletion inside the CUTR app under Profile, Settings, Delete Account. Requested accounts and associated personal data are scheduled for deletion within 7 days unless the request is cancelled before processing.
Some limited records may be retained when required by law, necessary for fraud prevention, safety or dispute resolution, or stored temporarily in protected backups until those backups are securely overwritten.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update profile information in the app, adjust notification preferences, cancel a pending deletion request before processing, or contact us to request access, correction or assistance with your information.
Age requirement
CUTR is intended only for users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under age 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to CUTR.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as CUTR develops. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
