Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. CUTR is currently focused on Florida’s professional barber community.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person, create a misleading professional identity or transfer your account without permission.
Professional profiles and verification
You are responsible for keeping professional, business and license information accurate and current. CUTR may compare submitted information with public licensing records and may request additional evidence. A verification badge is not an endorsement or guarantee of service quality, licensing status, safety or fitness.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CUTR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content only as necessary to operate, promote and improve the platform. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must be retained for legal, safety, backup or enforcement purposes.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content, including permission from clients shown in photos or videos.
Acceptable use
You may not use CUTR to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate against others.
- Post illegal, deceptive, defamatory, sexually exploitative or infringing content.
- Publish private information without authorization.
- Manipulate votes, reviews, follows, rankings or verification systems.
- Send spam, scams, malware or unauthorized promotions.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to CUTR.
- Use another person’s identity, license, work or portfolio deceptively.
Rankings and reputation
CUTR rankings reflect platform signals and may change over time. Rankings cannot be purchased. We may exclude suspicious activity, correct errors, place ranking holds or revise scoring methods to protect integrity. Rankings do not guarantee skill, availability, safety or business results.
Bookings and barber services
CUTR helps people discover and connect with professionals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CUTR is not a party to appointments, payments or service agreements between users. Barbers, shops and clients are responsible for pricing, scheduling, service quality, licensing, insurance, taxes, cancellations and disputes.
Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate reports and remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, revoke verification, place ranking holds or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
Third-party services
CUTR may link to booking providers, websites or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and CUTR is not responsible for them.
Account deletion
You may initiate deletion inside the app under Profile, Settings, Delete Account. A request may be cancelled before processing begins. Certain limited information may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, disputes or enforcement.
Platform availability
CUTR is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change during beta testing, and interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, CUTR disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
